Job Description:
Electrical Maintenance Engineer
The Essentials*Location: Large commercial static site, London
*Salary: £46,000 - £47,000 per annum
*Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Rotating Weekly)
*Early: 07:00 - 16:00
*Late: 10:00 - 19:00
*Standby/Callout: * £100 per week standby allowance.
*1 week on / 1 week off rotation.
*Minimum 4 hours pay guaranteed for any callout.
Key Responsibilities*Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all electrical systems.
*Fault-finding and repairing lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
*Assisting with minor installations and project works as required.
*Ensuring all work complies with the latest wiring regulations and health & safety standards.
*Maintaining accurate digital logs and reporting on system health.
What We’re Looking For*Qualified Pro: You hold relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and your 18th Edition.
