This is a hybrid position ideally working 2 days in the office with the team but some flexibility can be given on this.
This job would suit an experienced revenue management and commercial leader to be responsible for the delivery of the annual UK occupancy and revenue targets (c.£75m). The role will lead performance, pricing, and product strategy across a large and diverse accommodation portfolio.
The role will be responsible for shaping both product development and long-term commercial performance through data-led insight and innovation whilst running a team of 8 with 2 direct reports.

The successful individual will be a highly commercial and analytical leader with extensive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, and product performance within a leisure, travel, or hospitality type environment. They will be able to demonstrate strong leadership capability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams, alongside advanced analytical skills and familiarity with revenue management systems and BI tools. A confident communicator, they will be comfortable influencing at senior level and driving cross-functional initiatives. Ultimately, they will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to optimise commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing all commercial product areas relating to the accommodation portfolio including product management, budget setting and delivery, pricing, inventory releases, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and manage the commercial team in optimising performance and developing product propositions to ensure competitiveness and relevancy.
• Leading and managing all pricing and revenue management activities including pricing strategy, yield optimisation, promotions, inventory controls, and revenue management system development.
• Releasing inventory across all channels in a planned and timely manner to maximise demand and revenue opportunities.
• Responsible for the end-to-end annual process of setting occupancy, yield, and revenue budgets across a rolling three-year period in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring all products are effectively performance managed across all channels, working closely with marketing and operations to optimise outcomes.
• Leading the analysis and insights function in delivering performance metrics, forecasting, modelling, and trend analysis across the portfolio.
• Owning the long-term location and investment strategy through data-led identification of new opportunities and market insights.
• Supporting senior stakeholders across marketing, digital, and wider commercial functions to deliver overall business objectives.
