Portfolio Payroll are working with a high performing Payroll Bureau in Manchester who are looking for a payroll professional to work as part of their Payroll Advisory team, where you will be responsible for ensuring our clients remain compliant with legislation and best practices related to payroll processing, reporting and taxation.


As Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll cycle, maintaining client relationships, advisory for queries and dealing with errors and making adjustments.


In addition you will provide legally compliant advice and payroll assistance to clients by telephone to support the needs of the individual client.


What you bring to the team:
*A customer focussed and can-do approach to resolve all customer issues in a timely manner.
*Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and tax regulations.
*Previous experience in either delivering payroll services, ideally within a Bureau environment but open to in house with attitude to learn
