Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-regarded school in Colchester that is seeking a committed LSA to join their experienced and caring team. This Colchester school focuses on delivering high-quality education tailored to pupils with autism and additional needs, helping every learner reach their full potential.
Job Overview:
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, LSA role.
* Support pupils in the classroom and during activities in Colchester.
* Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support as an LSA.
* Work alongside therapists and support staff within the Colchester school environment.
This LSA role in Colchester offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with small class sizes and strong pastoral care. Every LSA is supported by a multidisciplinary team, allowing staff to focus on delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences for pupils.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working as an LSA or supporting children with SEN.

* Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach.
* Passion for supporting pupils with autism and additional needs.
