Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager
*£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience
*£50,000+ On Target Earnings
*5 days a week including Saturday – 9am to 6pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm Saturday, parking available

*You will help manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.

*You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

*Setting and reviewing performance standards
*Development of team members
*Implementing agreed business plans
*Listing and selling properties
