Key Responsibilities:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen team:
*Oversee one of the kitchen sections during service
*Gain experience across all 4 sections to broaden your skills
*Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes consistently
*Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
*Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen service
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you’ll need:
*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
