A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Accountant to take ownership of month-end, year-end and statutory reporting within a well-established and growing organisation. This role offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders.

The Opportunity You’ll lead the full accounting cycle, producing accurate management information and ensuring all statutory requirements are delivered on time. This is an ideal role for someone who is hands-on, detail focused and confident managing end-to-end finance processes.

Key Responsibilities*Full month-end ownership to produce management accounts
*Preparation of year-end accounts and CT600 submissions
*Monthly reporting and financial analysis for senior management
*Filing annual Confirmation Statements
*Supporting group structure reporting and intercompany activity
*Ad-hoc accounting duties to support the wider finance function
About You*AAT qualified or qualified by experience
*Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*Confident using Sage and/or Eque2
*Experience in a similar accounting role
*Construction or property experience beneficial (not essential)
*Practice candidates seeking a first move into industry are welcome
*Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
