Role: Student Coordinator
Location: East Sussex (on site residence required)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week flexible hours mostly afternoons and evenings including some weekend work
Pay: £14.35 per hour equivalent to £28,000 salary
Contract: 6 week booking


An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Student Coordinator to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and unique residential education environment, in East Sussex.


This is a residential role supporting students on site, focused on onboarding, day to day support and creating a positive student experience.

The Requirements:
*Must be available for the full 6 week booking
*Full UK driving licence and over 21 for insurance purposes
*Ability to drive a minibus
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently in a residential setting
*Experience in student support, education or similar environment preferred
*Calm and professional approach with good problem solving skills


The Role:
*Support student onboarding including arrivals orientation and check in
*Act as a main point of contact for non-academic student queries
*Provide day to day support within a residential environment
*Assist with student activities and engagement outside of academic hours
*Support coordination of logistics and communication between teams
*Drive students locally when required using a minibus
*Maintain a safe supportive and positive environment for students
*Escalate any concerns appropriately in line with procedures
