I’m currently partnering with a well-established client who is seeking a detail-driven Employee Benefits Administrator to join their growing team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality scheme management and exceptional client service.
About the Role
As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will support the full lifecycle of scheme administration and act as a trusted point of contact for client and member queries. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery across all benefit-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain a range of employee benefit schemes with precision and compliance.
Act as the first point of contact for all benefit-related queries.
Prepare, issue, and manage scheme documentation and client communications.
Assist with scheme reviews and support client meetings.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate client records in line with FCA and GDPR requirements.
Support new client onboarding and assist with implementing benefits platforms/portals.
Keep informed on legislative changes and market developments affecting employee benefits.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in employee benefits administration.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with benefits platforms.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
