You will join a collaborative trading function that works closely with marketing and analytics to deliver measurable impact.The Role and Deliverables
* Review current spend across marketing and trading channels and identify where efficiencies can be made.
* Diagnose underperforming areas, understand root causes, and propose data-led actions to improve commercial performance.
* Partner closely with marketing and analytics teams to ensure spend and activity align with commercial priorities.
* Own and oversee trading performance against commercial targets, with visibility over P&L impact.
* Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to guide decision-making.
* Support a fast-paced trading team with strategic oversight and day-to-day commercial direction.Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in trading or commercial roles within ecommerce, B2C, or marketplace environments.
* Proven ability to optimise spend, identify inefficiencies, and drive commercial improvements.
* Confident working with marketing and analytics functions and communicating performance insights.
* Experience managing or influencing P&L outcomes.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume B2C environments.
* Able to work on site three days a week in a central London office.How to Apply
