Responsibilities:
*Direct client liaison ensuring that portfolios are managed efficiently
*Support the European CRE team in various areas: modelling, analysis, financial reporting.
*Oversee Credit Analysis on an array of clients, relating to CRE and CMBS products.
*Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
*Review loan documentation as required.
Skills/Experience:
*A working understanding of CRE and other structured loan products.
*Credit risk analysis
*Must be a fluent Spanish or German speaker.
*Knowledgeable of loan documentation and financing structures related to European CRE.
*General duties as required by senior management.
