The Role You’ll support decision-making across the business through high-quality financial insight, cost analysis and strong partnering with operational teams. This role offers great visibility, variety and the chance to genuinely influence performance.

Key Responsibilities*Produce and analyse management information to support operational decisions
*Update quarterly work centre cost rates and support product costing
*Review margins, volumes and variances and present insight to stakeholders
*Support month-end, budgeting, forecasting and Group reporting
*Undertake capex appraisals and post-completion reviews
*Work closely with budget holders to understand performance and drive improvements
About You*AAT qualified or equivalent (Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA welcome)
*Strong grasp of costing, management accounts and capex analysis
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
*Excellent Excel skills; ERP experience (EFACS or similar) is a bonus
*Analytical, detail-driven and proactive in identifying improvement
