Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in Edinburgh.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
*Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
*Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
*Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
*Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
*Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
*Significant post qualification experience in an Architectural Technician role within a UK practice
*Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
*Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Experience delivering projects across various sectors
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
