Location: Aspen House, Rushden
Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, between 7:30am - 9:30pm

About Aspen House
Aspen House is a ten-bedroom residential care home supporting adults aged 25–70 with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. The home features:
*Two living rooms, two dining rooms, a conservatory, and accessible gardens
*Seven en-suite bedrooms and two communal bathrooms
*Assistive technology tailored to individual needs
*A warm, family-like atmosphere where residents enjoy birthdays, holidays, and community activities

About the Role
You’ll be supporting individuals in a 24/7 care setting, helping them live independently and pursue their goals. Every day is different—and every moment matters.

*Have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
*Are committed to person-centred care with empathy and respect
