Job Description:
We are seeking a Payroll Clerk for a high growth business based in Fareham.
This would be an ideal role for an individual with 1-3 years’ experience within a payroll role, with no real clear progression plan or study support with their current employer. If this sounds like you, then this opportunity may be of interest.
Our client has a team of 30 in payroll in their Fareham office, with multiple Payroll Manager and Team Leader roles, so there is a clear route for long-term progression. As the business grows and adds more roles to the team, there will be new opportunities to step up.

Our client has modern spacious offices with a sociable and supportive team culture where progression and continued learning and development is encouraged. Flexible hours are offered around core hours of 10am to 4pm and you are welcome to work 2 days per week from home, should you want to.
The purpose of the Payroll Clerk role is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payrolls, undertake general administrative duties and work collaboratively within the payroll hub. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, offices, HMRC and third-party providers.
