LB Design Recruitment is working with a growing multi-disciplinary design and delivery consultancy to recruit an Architect or Architectural Technologist for its expanding residential, commercial and mixed-use project portfolio.
The Role
*Delivering projects through RIBA Stages 0–4 from feasibility through to technical design.
*Preparing and submitting Minor Planning Applications
*Managing and coordinating external consultants
*Producing high-quality technical and design documentation
*Working independently while collaborating closely with a wider, multi-disciplinary team
Essential Requirements
*Strong UK project experience
*Experience delivering projects through Stages 0–4
*Proficiency in AutoCAD
*ARB or CIAT Chartered (or immediately eligible)
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Able to work 40 hours per week in-office
*Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
Desirable Skills
*Experience using Autodesk Revit
*Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
*Exposure to NBS and Contract Administration
*Experience working across the Hampshire / South Coast region
