Go North East Operations Graduate Programme

Job description - Graduate Scheme (Go North East)
Go North East are looking for their next future leaders to start their journey on their 18 month operations development programme starting in September 2026.

The position will be varied and will allow suitable candidates to secure great exposure across the business.

You can expect to:
*You will help to manage relationships with customers, colleagues, and their external partners.
*Be given real responsibility and accountability from day one. You will shadow and liaise with high performers and business leaders to understand best commercial practice.
*The opportunity to secure secondments to other areas of the business to develop your understanding of the industry.

Job requirements - Graduate Scheme (Go North East)
*A 2:2 degree or above.
*A full current/ clean driving licence (for use in the UK), as your role will involve a period securing your PCV licence.
*The right to work in the UK.
*Excellent communicator - you can manage relationships with a large variety of
stakeholders.
*Ultimately, the most crucial factor is your enthusiasm and desire to get involved, problem solve, be adventurous and demonstrate your interest in Go North East and their goals.
