Our client, who specialise in document digitisation, have a need for 2 x Network Engineers who will be building and managing large multi-site Cisco and HP networks, responsible for supporting the delivery of 2 key central government contracts, engaging with relevant stakeholders and users. The role will need excellent understanding of complex network architecture, configuration, WAN and firewall technologies.


Experience Required:
• Minimum CCNA certified with 5 years’ experience working with Cisco technologies.
• Pass background checks and attain necessary security clearance.
• Cisco Firepower and Cisco ASA configuration and management.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• UK Driving License and desirable their own car, this role will be office based and will require some travel within the UK
• Must have lived in the UK for more than 5 years as SC clearance will be required
• Must be able to work on their own in datacentres - some lifting is required during site installations.


Desirable:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco Catalyst and Nexus IOS
• CCNP


This role is full-time office based (Manchester)
Up to £55k base salary
