Your new companyA long-established specialist tax consultancy that helps organisations unlock value through R&D tax incentives, cost segregation, energy-efficiency credits, and other government-backed tax benefits. Backed by decades of technical expertise across tax, engineering, and finance, they work with businesses and professional advisers to boost cash flow, strengthen compliance, and navigate complex, ever-changing tax legislation.
Your new role
*Build a focused list of 300 to 400 UK businesses that are strong R&D candidates and aligned with our service offering.
*Track activity in the unicorn and emerging unicorn space to spot new opportunities early.
*Tell a compelling story about who we are, what we know about their sector and growth stage, and why partnering with us adds value.
*Deliver revenue in line with annual targets.
*Drive outreach to new clients through a mix of calls, email, events, and social channels.
*Stay immersed in the high-growth and tech landscape to understand client needs and motivations.
*Attend industry events to build relationships and deepen market insight.
*Manage your pipeline in SalesLoft and MS Dynamics from first contact to active opportunity.
*Work closely with colleagues to support collaboration and close deals.
*Translate client needs internally and coordinate early delivery support.
*Build strong knowledge of R&D tax and Patent Box to shape and win opportunities.
*Prepare pitch documents and present proposals with confidence.
*Work in person or remotely depending on client needs.
