Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
*Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to German-speaking clients
*Act as the main point of contact for German market enquiries and support requests
*Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
Requirements
*Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential
