Job Description:

Location - Milton Keynes
Office Based

We are hiring an Administrator to support a busy service team in Milton Keynes. This is a key office-based role offering a salary up to £30,000.

What you will do:
*Manage spare parts and orders in SAP
*Handle customer and engineer requests
*Process invoices and upload documents to portals
*Maintain reports, stock levels, and key account data
*Support the team with ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Confident problem solver, organised, and detail-oriented
*Experience with SAP/CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel)
*Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
