*Sourcing and vetting candidates for various role types
*Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
About You
*Proven experience in recruitment or sales
*Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*A proactive and resilient mindset
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
*Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential
