Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE, Devon, Salary up to c£80,000 plus extensive benefits. The firm are seeking a Head of Litigation to join this very busy and competent team. A knowledge of personal injury work would be beneficial, but not essential. This is an office-based role, as the position requires regular in-person leadership and team management. HEAD OF LITIGATION:
The ideal solicitor for this role will be a motivated and professional solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with experience in general litigation, property disputes and contentious probate matters. The litigation work is varied and high-quality, with the current department specialising in Personal Injury, Contentious Probate, and Property Litigation. The incoming Head of Litigation will take responsibility for managing their own caseload while also supervising and supporting other members of the team, helping to shape the future direction of the department They will have the ability to lead and develop a caseload, demonstrate strong client care skills and provide strategic direction to the department.
