QC Laboratory Manager
Great opportunity for an experienced QC professional to lead a fast-paced analytical lab within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage daily QC workflow and lead a team of Analysts
*Ensure safety, compliance, and ISO 9001 standards
*Perform and review analytical testing (GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, titrations)
*Develop/validate methods and maintain technical documentation
*Oversee equipment maintenance and external calibration
*Support Production/R&D with technical troubleshooting
*Drive process improvements and support audit readiness
About You
*Degree in Chemistry or 5+ years relevant experience
*Strong hands-on experience with key analytical techniques
*Knowledge of method development, validation & QC systems
*Manufacturing experience (fine chemicals/pharma ideal)
*Excellent communication, organisation & prioritisation skills
