Job Description:
Do you have an interest in business, property and a desire to learn? Are you motivated and enthusiastic and able to work within a fast-paced environment?
We’re pleased to be supporting an established property business within Bath in their search for a new addition.
DAY TO DAY:
Main point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing property portfolios with a proactive approach
Handling queries, complaints with tenants,
Coordinating & processing maintenance requests, liaising with 3rd parties /service providers to provide an efficient service
Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant regulations
Conducting inspections and reporting on conditions, booking in follow up procedures and checks
Helping tenants on board, handover notes, schedules of conditions and key information to tenants
Assisting tenants moving out, arranging end of tenancy paperwork, keys, final checks etc
Maintaining records, files and property management
Using and preparing reports on energy consumption,
Working collaboratively with wider team and supporting elsewhere in business as and when needed
Could suit hospitality background
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
Great customer service skills and a desire to provide great commercial service
Experience in a property management role is advantageous but not essential
Someone who can multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain professional standards
Good accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to pick up new technical skills
A proactive approach and friendly manner
