We are looking for a reliable and responsible Night Supervisor to oversee the hotel’s operations during the night shift and ensure a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for all guests.


This role offers a salary of £28,000 per annum, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, with shifts from 10:30pm to 7:00am.


As Night Supervisor, they will be responsible with the Night Manager for managing the hotel overnight, supporting the Front Office function, and ensuring all procedures are followed, including security and night audit processes. They will act as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling any queries or issues with professionalism and efficiency.


We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in a hotel environment, ideally with exposure to night operations or supervisory responsibilities. The ideal individual will be dependable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
