Job Description:
Meraki Talent is working with an established financial services firm committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This is a key role supporting their team, including Managers and Director, with the day to day operations of the office as well as client engagement.
Team Support Executive Duties:
*Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
*Arranging domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
*Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
*Supporting the preparation for client meetings, including documentation and presentations
*Attending client meetings to take notes, track actions, and provide administrative support
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all client information is up to date
*Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team
Person Specification:
*Previous experience in an administrative or team support role,
*At least 6 months experience within financial services or a professional environment (regulated sectors legal, accountancy, banking, insurance financial services)
*Educated to A Level or equivalent – Diploma, HNC,HND
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
