Job Description:
Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: Up to £32k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a great team. This is a hands on role involving a variety of warehouse duties, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Stock replenishment and general warehouse organisation
*Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
*Using warehouse systems and following company processes
*Operating a forklift (if qualified)
What We’re Looking For
*Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
*A positive, proactive attitude
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Good attention to detail
*Willingness to learn
*Forklift licence beneficial but not necessary
