Job Description:
Reed Technology is proud to be partnering with a prestigious telecom & services provider based in Edinburgh, currently seeking to expand their team with the addition of a IT Project Coordinator.
You’ll be responsible for supporting Project Managers and coordinating project activities within the Telecommunications environment.
Responsibilities:
*Support Project Managers in the planning, scoping and delivery of projects.
*Provide administrative support as needed.
*Manage documentation related to ongoing and future projects.
*Oversee project schedules, reports, and communications.
*Manage smaller-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements:
*Experience in a similar role within the IT, telecommunications or public sectors.
*Knowledge about structured project environments and governance.
*Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
*Understanding of ITIL best practices.
*Experience with project tools such as MS Project, Asana, Visio.
*Ideally holding a PRINCE2 Foundation or similar certification.
*Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).

*Salary up to £30.000 per year (based on experience).
*Hybrid working model (1 to 2 days per week in the office).
