RG Consultancy are working with a reputable business who are looking for an assistant accountant on a full time, permanent basis in Pudsey. You will join a team of 3 and will be responsible for all day-to-day financial transactions and assist with more month end duties. This role will report into the head of finance within the team.
Duties include:
*Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
*Accruals, prepayments and journals
*Assist with completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*Bank and account reconciliations
*Assist with the posting of month end journals
*Monthly Reporting on AP ledger balances.
*Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
*Ensure compliance with all statutory and other reporting requirements.
*Assist with all financial accounting tasks where required
