We’re recruiting for a proactive Scheme Manager in Liverpool to deliver high-quality housing and building management across a portfolio of sheltered and leasehold schemes. You’ll work across multiple schemes to support residents, maintain building standards, and ensure safe, compliant and well-managed living environments. A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and business insurance. Occasional cover on the Wirral may be required.
Key responsibilities:
*Provide housing, tenancy and building management services, acting as a first point of contact for residents
*Support wellbeing by responding to day-to-day enquiries, low level emergencies, and general support needs
*Offer tenancy related advice and guidance, support with benefit queries, income maximisation and tenancy sustainment
*Report and monitor repairs, maintenance issues and contractor performance
*Work closely with neighbourhood teams on tenancy matters, voids and lettings
*Build positive relationships with tenants, relatives, health and social care parters, and community groups
*Maintain accurate records, carry out regular checks, and ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements
What you’ll need to succeed
*Recent experience in a housing/tenancy management role, ideally within a sheltered scheme environment
*Good knowledge of tenancy and housing related legislation and best practice
*Knowledgeable about building safety, compliance and safeguarding
*Confident IT user across Microsoft packages and housing management systems
*Driving licence with access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance
