We’re recruiting for a Spa Manager to join a beautiful hotel setting in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take the lead within a well-established leisure environment, combining hands-on leadership with a focus on exceptional guest experience.
Based in Blackburn, you’ll play a key role in driving standards, supporting your team, and ensuring the spa operates smoothly day-to-day. This Spa Manager role offers the chance to work in a high-quality environment where service and guest satisfaction are at the heart of everything.

Key Responsibilities:
As Spa Manager, you’ll take ownership of the spa’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience:
*Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to team management
*Create and manage staff rotas, including holidays and absences
*Deliver outstanding customer service and step in where needed
*Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
*Maximise bookings through effective use of spa systems and promotions
*Support front of house operations during busy periods or staff shortages
*Assist with recruitment to attract top local talent
*Help coordinate annual reviews and mystery guest assessments
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Spa Manager, you’ll bring strong leadership and a passion for guest experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role within a spa or hotel environment
*Strong organisational and team management skills
*A hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations
*Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
*Confidence using booking systems and driving revenue opportunities
*You must be available to start immediately
