Nursery Room Leader/Third In Charge – Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG23
Salary: £14.00 Per Hour
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:00am–7:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are seeking a passionate Room Leader / Nursery Third in Charge to join our vibrant Nursery team.
In this role, you will support the leadership team, step in for the Deputy when required, and ensure children receive high-quality Early Years Education in a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality childcare and early education experiences
*Support the running and development of the nursery alongside the staff team
*Celebrate children’s learning and development with children and families
*Apply knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
About You
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
*Previous nursery practitioner or similar experience
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
*Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
