Primary Teacher - Alternative Provision
Are you a passionate and resilient Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join a supportive Alternative Provision setting, working with students who require a more tailored and nurturing approach to education.
The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to small groups of pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). You will play a key role in supporting students both academically and emotionally, helping them re-engage with learning.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
*Build strong relationships with pupils to support behaviour and engagement
*Manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies
*Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
*Monitor and track student progress
The Ideal Candidate:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience working with primary-aged pupils
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Experience with SEMH, SEN, or Alternative Provision (desirable)
*Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
