People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver based in Lichfield, West Midlands.

Shifts:
• Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00
Rates of Pay:
*£12.78 - £19.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a FLT Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver will be:
• Drive and operate a Counterbalance and Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report any faults to management
• Receive goods into the warehouse and stow pallets
• Check the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpack and store incoming goods
• Organise stock for deliveries
• Move goods around the warehouse as required
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
The skills required as Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver are:
• Valid Counterbalance/Reach Truck licence – accredited licence required
• Experience driving and operating an FLT Truck
• Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong spatial awareness
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Reliability and self-motivation
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
• Previous warehouse experience
Training Provided:
• Full training will be provided, and you will be required to pass an assessment
