Job Description:
The Role
We’re working with a well-established fire & life safety provider looking to add an experienced Maintenance / Service Engineer to their regional team. This is a field-based role focused on planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites.You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, represent the business professionally on-site, and ensure systems remain compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
*Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
*Carrying out routine inspections, fault-finding and remedial works
*Completing service reports and compliance documentation
*Liaising with clients, site teams and internal support
*Occasional travel into London when required
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a service / maintenance role
*Strong background in fire alarm systems
*Experience with emergency lighting and/or smoke ventilation is highly beneficial
*Knowledge of British Standards and compliance requirements
*Full UK driving licence
*Ability to work independently and manage your own day
