Deputy Nursery Manager – Frimley, Hampshire, GU16
Salary: Up to £31,500 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 42 hours per week | 8:00am–6:00pm | 4.5 days
Contract: Permanent, All year round

We are seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly and well-established nursery in Frimley, Hampshire.
This role is predominantly room-based with occasional office work. Our nursery offers a warm, caring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive, and where staff are supported in their professional development.

Responsibilities of the Deputy Nursery Manager
*Lead and manage the nursery team, supporting the Manager
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
*Create and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs
*Build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
*Manage budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations
About You
*Previous leadership or management experience
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
*Extensive knowledge of EYFS framework
*Strong safeguarding, child protection, and SEND knowledge
*Experience developing a high-performing team through coaching, training, and motivation
*Ability to build strong partnerships with parents
*Eligible to work in the UK
