Early Years Practitioner – Bordon, Hampshire, GU35
Salary: £13.70 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, degree, and age)
Hours: Between 7:30am–6:30pm | All year round
Contract: Flexible permanent contract options – 30 hours (3 days), 40 hours (4 days) or 41 hours (5 days)
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner / Deputy Room Leader to join our family-run nursery.
This role is ideal for both newly qualified or experienced practitioners looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive, welcoming team.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
*Plan and implement engaging, interest-led EYFS activities
*Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
*Support the team and contribute to nursery development
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery practitioner experience
*Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
