Junior Account Executive (Project Support)
Oxford | Hybrid Working
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Account Executive to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of client projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills who enjoys managing multiple workstreams and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Role*Supporting the delivery of projects, including logistics, scheduling and administration
*Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and tracking project progress
*Managing project timelines, documentation and reporting
*Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
*Assisting with budgeting, cost tracking and finance processes
*Supporting onsite delivery, including occasional UK and international travel
*Contributing to new business research and team initiatives
About You*Degree educated or equivalent experience
*At least 1 year’s experience in a project, account or coordination role
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
