Early Years Practitioner – Liss, Hampshire, GU33
Salary: £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: All Year Round / Permanent
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner to join our newly developed nursery.
You’ll be working within a supportive team in a beautiful setting with access to open spaces, excellent resources and a Reggio Emilia–inspired curriculum.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
*Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities
*Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
*Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing and happiness at all times
*Act as a key person for a small group of children
About You
*Minimum Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting
*Strong teamwork, organisation and communication skills
*Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Eligible to work in the UK
