Job Description:
Tax Manager (Contract) – Lloyd’s Insurer – 6 Months
I’m working with a Lloyd’s insurer looking to bring in an experienced Tax Manager on a contract basis.
This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across tax reporting, compliance, and international matters. You’ll be supporting a busy finance function in a fast-paced environment, working closely with senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
*Owning tax reporting (UK GAAP & IFRS)
*Managing UK corporation tax compliance and submissions
*Supporting Lloyd’s and overseas tax reporting
*Overseeing transfer pricing documentation
*Getting involved in Pillar 2 and wider tax projects
*Supporting across VAT, employment tax, and governance
What they’re looking for:
*Qualified tax professional / accountant
*Insurance industry tax experience is essential (Lloyd’s strongly preferred)
*Strong grounding in tax reporting + compliance
*Comfortable working in a contract, fast-moving environment
*Able to hit the ground running
