We’re seeking an experienced assistant to join this leading global investment firm supporting influential decision-makers within a boutique executive office. This is a rare and highly sought-after opportunity to become the backbone of a division, providing critical support to two MDs and connecting with key stakeholders across the organisation.

As an assistant in this fast-paced, dynamic role, you’ll work closely with MDs, Partners, and C-suite leaders at the top of their departments. Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex and ever-changing calendars
*Coordinate international travel, itineraries, and expenses
*Act as an ambassador for your executives, representing the team professionally and confidently to internal and external stakeholders
*Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
*Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals and values

Candidate Requirements:
*5 - 6+ years’ experience as a senior assistant within investment banking or professional services.
*Proven experience liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
*Exceptional organisational skills, able to prioritise multiple requests with composure and intuition.
*Professional and client-facing communication style

This is a 12 month role | in-office 5 days a week | £26 inclusive of holiday.
