About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. This includes:
*Providing emotional reassurance and practical support
*Monitoring wellbeing and responding to needs as they arise
*Supporting with evening and morning routines
*Keeping accurate, clear records
*Working closely with the day team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
