Project Provisioning Engineer - Telecoms


Fast paced Solution Provider is looking for a Project Provisioning Engineer to work within the projects team responsible for the provision of new Network Services. Ideally you will have previously worked for a Telecoms Provider with experience of both ordering new WAN & Voice services and also dealing with Service change requests around, MPLS, Data Circuits, Lines, SIP Trunks, VPN’s, Mobile connectivity, Number Porting etc.


Role Objective
·Validation of allocated Projects
·Management of allocated projects and cases
·Managing project provisioning queries and change requests
Details:
*Responsible for managing and implementing changes for customer’s managed services. Ensuring changes are completed within the customer’s SLAs.
*Responsible for co-ordinating projects implementing various Network Services. Processing orders and complex orders for customers and channel Partners.
*To be competent on all supplier portals and Communication processes
*Taking responsibility for planning, co-ordination and implementation activities relating to Data, VoIP or SIP project/solution based solutions. (MPLS, SIP, Circuits, WAN, Leased Lines, Voice Lines, Hosted Voice, DIA, Ethernet, P2P, EFM, ADSL, FTTC, PSTN, ISDN)
*Experience of working with wholesale suppliers such as Vodafone, 02, Gamma, BT, Virgin Media, 8X8, Talk Talk, Exponential-e
*Ordering Microsoft licences for Teams Voice, O365 and the wider Microsoft stack
