I am working with a growing blue collar recruitment business supporting the construction and civils market across the UK, looking to add a Resourcer to their team.
This is a delivery focused role perfect if you enjoy candidate interaction without the pressure of business development.
The role:
• Sourcing and screening operatives for live roles
• Managing candidate availability and bookings
• Advertising roles and database searching
• Working closely with consultants on active jobs
Package:
• £28k–£30k basic + commission
• Hybrid working (home & office)
• Team incentives, socials & perks
A European language is highly desirable due to the candidate base.
