Digital Merchandiser
  • England,North West,Lancashire
  • Full Time, Part Time, Permanent

Job Description:
Join our e-commerce team as a Digital Merchandiser and play a key role in creating inspiring, conversion-driven online shopping experiences. You’ll work closely with commercial, creative and web development colleagues to ensure product content, categorisation and on-site merchandising reflect customer needs and the brand’s goals. Full training and support will be provided to help you learn our systems and ways of working so you can make an immediate impact.
Day-to-day you’ll be hands-on with product pages, banners and landing pages, ensuring content is accurate, compelling and optimised for search and conversion. You’ll regularly review site performance and customer behaviour to prioritise merchandising activities, test creative approaches and iterate quickly. The role requires a practical, organised approach and a willingness to get stuck in to keep our site fresh and customer focused.
Our peak trading windows online include evenings and weekends, so flexibility to support campaign launches and promotional activity during these periods will be important. We value healthy work–life balance and aim to be fair with working patterns where possible, while recognising the need to support the business during key trading moments.
What we’re dreaming of seeing:We’re looking for a Digital Merchandiser who is customer obsessed, commercially minded and meticulous about detail. You should be able to interpret performance data to identify opportunities, make recommendations and take ownership of merchandising tasks from concept through to execution. A proactive, problem-solving attitude will help you thrive.
Ideally you’ll have experience in an online retail or e-commerce environment, familiar with CMS platforms and merchandising tools, and confident working with product feeds, taxonomy and SEO basics. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to deliver against deadlines and trading targets.
The best results come from being yourself…We welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. At our company you’ll be encouraged to bring your authentic self to work and contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture where everyone is treated with respect.
The cool side of the pillow (our benefits):As well as a competitive salary and performance-related incentives, we offer a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and career development, including:
*Colleague discount across our product ranges

*Health and wellbeing support, with access to advice and cashback options*

*Group Income Protection and Group Life Assurance*

*Pension scheme provided by Legal & General

*Learning and development programmes and internal progression opportunities

*Annual leave: 28 days in year one, increasing with service; annual leave buy & sell scheme

(*qualifying periods apply)
