*East Children & Family- Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, Bradford City Centre
*K & S: Children & Family Team- Based at Keighley Town Hall, Keighley
*South Children & Family: Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, Bradford


Working Model: Bradford (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: (£38,220 - £46,142 per annual)
Additional Benefits: £3,000 Retention Payment
About the Role
Are you an experienced Social Worker passionate about making a difference in every child’s life? Do you thrive on challenge, embrace change, and confidently manage complex cases while keeping the child at the centre of every decision?
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
*Undertake high-quality assessments and develop effective care plans
*Progress cases through Pre-Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) where required
*Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
*Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
*Ensure all practice is child-centred, timely, and in line with statutory requirements


About You
We are looking for Social Workers who:
*Have experience within Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
*Are confident working within Pre-Proceedings / PLO
*Demonstrate strong assessment, analysis, and decision-making skills
*Are resilient and able to manage complex and demanding caseloads
*Are committed to delivering relational, child-focused practice
Working Arrangements
*Hybrid working model
*Minimum 3 days per week in the office
*Flexible full-time or part-time (18.5 hours) options available

Essential Requirements:
*Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
*At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services
*Social Work England Registration.
*Driving license and access to own vehicle.
