The Role We’re looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team and take ownership of digital design across client projects. You’ll be designing websites, building wireframes, and creating digital assets that look great and perform even better, working closely with our development, marketing, and account management teams from brief to final output.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Designing responsive website layouts and UI in Figma
*Building wireframes and interactive prototypes for client projects
*Using AI design tools including Figma Make to speed up and enhance your workflow
*Producing digital assets for social media, paid ads, and email campaigns
*Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are built accurately
*Contributing to light branding work where needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential
*Proven experience in web design, ideally agency-side
*Strong Figma skills with hands-on experience across wireframing, UI design, and prototyping
*Experience with AI design tools such as Figma Make
*A solid eye for layout, typography, and UX
*A portfolio demonstrating strong web and digital design work
Desirable
*Experience designing for social media and digital advertising
*Branding or brand identity experience
*Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Location This role is based at our head office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. You’ll be in the office Monday–Thursday with Fridays at home.
