Job Description:
This highly reputable advisory firm has an excellent reputation across the region. The Transaction Services team are small but growing their market share to the point where a further experienced Manager (or possibly Assistant Director) is required.
Supporting the partners the role encompasses the provision of financial due diligence to corporate, privately owned and private equity backed businesses. This covers the whole range of corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, MBI’s, and major fund raising. A qualified accountant is required, most likely ACA, CA or ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) with up-to-date client facing due diligence experience. Individuals with extensive IBR experience from within corporate recovery/restructuring might also be considered.
The role forms part of a small but great team who have developed an excellent working environment. It is collegiate with everyone contributing to business development and pitches and indeed, completion of the reports.
