Job Description:
The purpose of this role will be to manage seamless delivery of all client projects (a good number of them, simultaneously!), team schedules and client relationships from onboarding to aftercare.

Description
*Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Creative Team of 7, CEO, and Client Partnerships Manager in delivering Client projects
*Seamlessly manage end to end all projects from onboarding, project planning, team schedule and workload management, project comms and contracts, and offboarding
*Innovating processes and systems, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency, profit margins and team wellbeing
*Lead on and maintain key business dashboards around finance, margins, project efficiency, and customer retention
*Part of the Leadership team, sharing new ideas and shaping the business with your creativity and project management excellence
Profile
A successful Project & Operations Manager should have:
*Incredible inter-personal and communication skills - you’ll need to be able to balance working with the creative team and understanding their needs/challenges, with being able to challenge timelines, deadlines and drive the business needs.
*An interest in making a difference or doing social good - you’ll be working with including the NHS, UK Government, the UN and international parliaments, and you’ll need to connect with them!
*Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to efficiently prioritise competing demands, and proven project management experience
Job Offer
*Salary circa £45k
*8% performance-based bonus.
*Remote/hybrid working with 1 day in the office in South Yorkshire
